Check-in at any time after: 14:00pm on day of arrival.
Check-out is by: 12:00pm on day of departure.
Prices
When you make a booking request, we will give you a total price for the villas and number of nights, you have requested.
Prices are quoted at the time you make your booking in Euro (€), per villa, per night. All taxes (VAT/TVA) included, unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation & Non-Arrival Conditions
No refunds will be given in respect of a booking cancelled seven or less days prior to the date of arrival.
For Non-refundable bookings the above applies to changes more than seven days prior to the arrival date.
For Partially refundable bookings where the guest wishes to change the dates of a booking more than seven days prior to the arrival date will be refunded, subject to an administration fee of 50% of the total price.
Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival and damages as set-out within.
Smoking
Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to E-cigaretts, is not allowed inside the Villas*.
*(smoking is allowed at your private yard).
Pets
We do not accept pets throughout the accommodations.
